Shipping Policy

Don't worry, Young Mary's may be inspired by the Motherland but we don't operate on African time! All orders are processed and ready for dispatch within 1–2 business days (2-3 for international orders).

For domestic U.K. orders our pricing is weight based. The basket will calculate the weight of your order and show the cost at checkout. We ship domestically using myHermes, with full tracking available. Courier delivery tends to takes between three and five working days to arrive after dispatch. If they are unable to deliver, the order will be returned to the depot for a 2nd attempted delivery. If this is also unsuccessful it will be returned to us at a cost which will be deducted from the order value as well as the original shipping price. All delivery times are an estimate and not a guarantee. If your Young Mary's order is not received within 21 days of purchase please get in touch with us.

While Young Mary's has continued to process and dispatch orders within our usual time frame, in light of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic we ask customers to allow extra time for deliveries as couriers are currently facing large order volumes and delivery times may be delayed.

For international orders we ship using Fedex International and Landmark Global using a flat rate per order to the following countries: the United States, Canada, Mexico, Nigeria, South Africa, Egypt, Ghana, South Korea, Japan and China. Delivery times vary by destination. Please note: as a result of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic we ask all customers to allow extra time for deliveries as couriers are currently facing large order volumes and delivery times may be delayed.

All orders are processed Monday - Friday exc. UK Bank Holidays. If you require a quicker service please select the appropriate shipping option or contact us before ordering. We reserve the right to refuse to ship at the price shown on the system if it is uneconomic for us to do so or there is an error in weight calculation. Though rare, your order may be delayed if we are out of stock of a particular item, if this is the case we will notify you the same day.
